Nora, she was a wonderful ,beautiful , fun , bright sunshine and woman. She was mentor to new people . Also a great friend to everybody. We would talk about wrestling, horror movies and all kinds of stuff before the meetings began. I would call her killer Kowalski . Nobody will ever be like you.... I will miss you friend ... until we meet again. My thoughts are with the family of Nora

I knew Nora as a wonderful person who spoke up about the things that were important to her. She was also known for speaking up just as strongly for others as she did for herself. Nora is a self-advocate / advocate who's legacy will live on through those she has impacted with her advocacy voice. To her family, I thank you for sharing her with us and give my deepest condolences. Susan O'Hearn, SANYS Finger Lakes Regional Coordinator
